AI Lead Qualification System for Short-Term Rentals

This project is an AI-assisted lead qualification workflow designed for a short-term rental business. The system receives a guest inquiry from WhatsApp, formats the message, sends it to ChatGPT for policy-based qualification, records the lead details in Google Sheets, creates a follow-up task in Todoist, sends a WhatsApp response through Twilio, and notifies the team in Slack.

The goal of this build is to help rental businesses respond faster, screen inquiries more consistently, reduce manual checking, and keep the team updated when a new booking inquiry comes in.
