I'm Kevin Ordoñez, a systems-minded digital specialist building my path around business automation, AI-assisted workflows, CRM systems, SEO-informed digital systems, and business process improvement.

My background started with troubleshooting.

My journey started with computer systems: hardware diagnostics, operating system installation, software troubleshooting, and technical support. I learned to work through problems by understanding what was broken and why.

Along the way I built customer service experience, explored SEO and digital marketing, and gradually moved toward the tools and processes that connect modern business operations: automation platforms, AI tools, CRM systems, and business process improvement.
