My journey started with computer systems — hardware diagnostics, operating system installation, software troubleshooting, and technical support. I learned to work through problems by understanding what was broken and why.
Along the way I built customer service experience, explored SEO and digital marketing, and gradually moved toward the tools and processes that connect modern business operations: automation platforms, AI tools, CRM systems, and business process improvement.
I naturally look for patterns, gaps, and connections.
When something is broken, messy, or disconnected, I try to understand where the process is failing — what part is missing, what tools aren't connected, and how the workflow can become clearer.
